If you are a student or teacher and do not know your Random Access Code, please contact your principal.
If you are the parent or guardian of a student in grade 4 or above, please enter the 8-digit Random Access Code that was provided to you.
- If you received the survey in the mail, a Random Access Code is located in the upper right corner of the tear-away portion of your survey.
- If you have more than one student for whom you need to respond, please use a different code for each child.
- Parents/guardians needing to replace their Random Access Code can contact System Assurance Branch at EDC.SystemAssurance@gov.ab.ca with the following information: grade of student, school name, school authority name (if known).
